In our modern times, we are constantly pulled in many different directions, leaving us stress, anxious and burnt out.  With mindfulness meditation, we take a 180-degree turn and tune inward. This gives us a break from external influences, and allows us to get to know the part of us that is hidden from our conscious awareness. Our true selves.

What's the difference between Hypnosis and Meditation?

This is a question we often get asked.  Both Hypnosis and Meditation are considered to be states as well as practices.  As states, they are the same. As practices, they are different.
