Hypnosis accesses the subconscious

3 Ways to Make Your Mind Work For You

Learning how to make your mind work for you takes practice, and it’s well worth the effort.

Have you ever felt like your mind is racing and you can’t control your thoughts? Has negative thinking ever gripped your mind, and it seemed impossible to let go of your thoughts? If so, it’s not your fault. Your mind is powerful, and much of your automatic thinking is out of your control.

Your subconscious is what governs your deeply rooted habits, perceptions, beliefs and thought patterns. This is why you may find it impossible to ‘figure out’ your issues or mental obstacles.

In fact, this often makes things worse. Analyzing them is done at the conscious level, whereas mental blocks exist on the subconscious level.

Your power exists on the subconscious level. When you can access this part of your mind, you can more effectively problem solve, make decisions, and create your life the way you envision. In other words, you can make your mind work for you.

This all sounds great, but how?

Here are some ways:

1. Refocus When you are caught up in the grip of negative thinking, shifting your focus can help loosen the hold. You have control over where you decide to place your focus. Even if the old, negative thinking pattern is still reeling, when you shift focus, it will eventually dissipate, along with any negative feelings that go along with it.

2. Visualize. What you imagine in your mind has a big impact on how you think and feel. When you are in a negative thinking or feeling state, recalling a time in the past can help brighten your mood.

When you do this, bring your senses in to play. This means vividly recalling what you see, hear, feel as though it’s actually happening in the present. Notice how this helps you to shift into a more positive state.

3. Get hypnotized. When you are really stuck, directly accessing your subconscious mind with the use of hypnosis can be powerful and effective.

Hypnosis is a scientifically proven method that provides contact with the subconscious mind, where hidden, underlying patterns of thinking and behaving exist.
